[attr="class","likedoinfo"]Here a WICKED, we have a logic-based way our fights are out-puted. We don't limit you to what you can and cannot do in a fight, the limits are put on by you (how you write out the fight)
This thread will teach you the Battle Rules on Wicked, how fights will occur, death enabled, Staff's role in moderating fights.
Note: that the rules in this thread only apply to battles of genuine hostility and indeterminate outcome in a Player vs. Player or Player vs. Entity scenario.
DEATH ENABLED
All fights and events on site are Death-enabled. It's only logical-- you can't just go all out in a spar and say neither one of you will die. If you don't want to kill your Rping partner, then limit yourself in the fight. Do not fight like you are on the intent to kill. I only suggest doing this in serious fights. Like I said before, we treat this as real-life world events, this is our own world.
COMBAT
FAQ: Is there any cooldown/duration system to limit the amount of spells/skills used and the cooldown needed, etc?
Yes, two spells per post.
two skills per post.
That being said always include your HP in your fighting post. Your HP and the Monsters HP with the damage dealt. This is a PVE scenario however. When it comes to PVP you both must do the same thing. How much damage dealt to the other player and skills/spell used.
STAFF MODERATION
Note: that Staff will most likely only make declarations in extreme circumstances. Staff moderation is only intended to punish power players and ensure fights conclude in a relatively timely and clean manner.
We may occasionally stumble among a fight we are enjoying and notice a few things-- and deal with it then and there.
LEVELING: You gain +2 stat point for every 3 levels. These added stats can go to whichever stat that of your pleasing. Our leveling is done through quest, events and post count-- so make sure you stay active and do as much as you can!
QUESTS: You can gain (+stat) on certain high level quest, but they come at a risk of course.
ITEMS: Some Items and Equipment you wear can add to your stats. However, these stats aren't your base stats. They boost what we call your Mod, So if you buy an item that gives you +1 dex that +1 would go to your Modifier..
So now that you got all that, how do you add these stats to your character you ask? Simply post in the staff notification thread on what you're adding so the staff can update your Miniprofile -- also post what item you character is wearing with its boosted stat points. Now with this being said, you can't expect to wear every item in the shop and get all the stats. Example: You can't wear the battle robe and alchemist battle suit. They're both full body, you can wear the Battle robe with some black fighter pants. It's only logical. You can also choose to un-equip one of your items. Just make sure to post in staff notifications on which item you are un-equipping and replacing it with. Make sure to post every item you have HERE
Here's an example:
20(+10) = 30 + the base of the weapon
[Total Str + Weapon item Base Attack = Total Dps]
[Base Stat( Modifier ) = Product + Weapon Item Base Attack = Total DPS]
20 is your base stat for STR, the (+10) is the modifier for whatever gear you had on.. now you're at 30 + Weapon base DPS (lets say it's 200) So now you're doing 230 DMG
So if you clash with a monster with 1000 HP you did, 230 base damage; this doesn't include your skill/spell damage. The monster now has 770 HP left. With that being said, you now attack the monster with an basic spell/skill of yours that does +10 damage-- the monster is left with 760 HP. After that you hit the monster with an Higher leveled spell or skill that does +100 damage. Now the monster has 660 HP. You see how this works? Then you can attack with your sword or whatever.. as long as you get this rule and follow the guidelines we'll all be happy!
MAKE SURE TO CHECK [THIS]
Con represents your life points ...You don't want them to diminish. Each whole attribute point equates to 20 HP.
Cha represents ones stamina and endurance, well more so endurance really It determines how much damage one can absorb and survive through ...Especially with magic. Cha also has Moxie
Which allows certain spells, when they clash, to overpower others
Str represents... strength. In terms of hand to hand fighting, it dictates how powerful a person's damage to others will be...That stems off to weapons, as well. In terms of magic, it determines how lethal ones spells can be. Well, with the right combination of Wis and Dex stats as well
Also note that Wis And Dex determine how fast someone's magic is too, both of them.
While conducting in combat on the site, we urge all our members to remember that fighting is Death Enable and will be played as such. Getting hurt would result in needing to go to the hospital IC.

Your weapons play a major part in how your character clashes with monsters/demons and players. We have a simple math equation to help us with this process. Here's an example:
20(+10) = 30 + the base of the weapon
[Total Str + Weapon item Base Attack = Total Dps]
[Base Stat( Modifier ) = Product + Weapon Item Base Attack = Total DPS]
