The idea behind Wicked is that it a dark infested world with demons,Monsters, and almost anything that has the desire to cause harm to the human population of the world and bring about the downfall of the human population. The humans are however not going to die without a fight, many who are born into the world have some type of past event that drives them. It may have been the death of their family or a loved one that keeps their hatred for demons alive and burning in their hearts. The humans who have decided to take up arms and fight the monsters are that of a Higher order or those who just seek to fight for the hell of fighting and gaining an amount of Gold or prizes from the bounty of killing the monsters they hunt.

"This is unforgivable." Valkyrie spoke as he schemed the request board. He had found a quest that involved a higher up and with Valkyries pragmatic way of life this wasn't allowed in his eyes. "Selling rare items on the black market? to whom?" Valkyrie pondered as he accepted this quest. Walking through kings point Valkyrie began to search for a quest partner, he wasn't going to be able to do this alone. However that wasn't as easy as he thought it to be, there were groups of people around; an energetic bunch of great warriors. Problem was; he had to choose wisely. "I'd rather a Paladin really." Valkyrie spoke as his eyes scanned each character in the facility. He scoffed. How hard could it be to find someone to do a quest? well mind you; this was his first quest so he didn't really know what or how to go about these things.
Giving up on his partner search for just a little while, Valkyrie sat on a nearby bench and began studying the quest task once more. Who knows? maybe his questing partner will run into him.
The Kingdom was bustling with activity like it normally would, and he walked through the cement paved path that lead up through the common's area to the request office. If you notice his ruffled up hair, and his wrinkled clothes, you would notice that he had only been awake for a short period of time - and if you look real close, you would see the grass in his hair which showed that he had slept outside the night previously.
Life can be so carefree sometimes. However, when it came to doing his job or having a day where he must move diligently, Gilian can be frequently found checking the request board. It was part of his routine.
"Hey there, Valkyrie." he called out from across the courtyard, his hands cupped over his mouth as he uttered their name.
"What're you doing sitting out here?" he asked looking over at the door that led to the request room. "Are the new quest not posted yet?"

Valkyrie's thought process was halted when a familiar voice called out to him. "Gillian?" Valkyrie spoke softly as he looked at the ruffled haired paladin. Gillian was a friend Valkyrie met some time ago, his memory of the scene is still a bit muffled up, all he does know is that is was some type of fight. Gillian however calls Valkyrie by "V" so when he approached using his full name it threw him off a bit. "Are the new quest not posted yet?" Gillian asked profoundly. "Yes actually, " Valkyrie started as he raised up his quest, showing Gillian. "I want to take up on this one. Help me." Valkyrie stated now standing, with an slight smirk on his face. "We gotta bring this guy to justice, Valkyrie yelled causing quite the up-roar.
Realizing his embarrassment he settled down, chuckled and began walking.. "This way Gillian, to the Docs." Valkyrie ended his wordings with a side-step and a wave that motioned his friend to follow. Take down a greedy high ranking church member? Should be easy.
His hand wiped across his face and he stretched his arms outwards towards hs side as he approached the bench. He noticed the look of surprise on Valkyrie's face as he called his name, maybe it was because he said his actual name. Gilian has a bad habit of shortening the name of everyone he meets, that or giving them a weird nickname. So it was seldomly happened for him to actually call them by their name; however, there were times where he would.
"Oh, they are?" he grinned, looking at the piece of parchment in Valkyrie's hands, his arms folded over his chest as he followed him down the road. "The docs, huh?"
He took a few moments to himself before completing his next sentence. His memory flashed with images of the Doc's, he'd be hearing a lot of rumors about a lot of things lately that dealt with the Doc's, which made him curious.
"Tell me all the details?" he made his request in a hushed toned. They were walking in public, the passerbys didn't need to hear what they were speaking about.

From Gillian's hushed tone, Valkyrie could tell he didn't want anyone else to hear what they were doing; which was smart- since one of these passaways could be a customer to the church member. Valkyrie started. "Well, apparently our high ranking member of the church Sir Valor, I'm sure y'know him? has been selling the items bought back from hell mound to the black market" the very thought disgusted Valkyrie; how could someone so noble fall to this greedy nature? Now approaching the Docs Valkyrie turned, "We have to bring him in alive, only problem is we don't know where to start. You have any ideas?" He asked now looking toward the horizon, searching for anything suspicious.
"I suggest we start there." Valkyrie pointed north, where there had seemed to be a lot of commotion. This could lead to something like a clue maybe, Because It's doubtful Sir Valor was stupid enough to be in plain site.
"I've heard a few rumors about the black market lately, and according to my intel...whatever items that Sir Valor has sold, the owner of a pair of weapons is at the Ale Tavern on the West End. I heard about the rumors of someone flaunting a pair of weapons that they claimed came from hell mound, I was going to check it out later but I guess we should head there now, c'mon." Gilian pointed over to the western territories, with a nudge he led Valkyrie into the alley which brought them behind a group of old wooden buildings.
They needed to go to the other side of the Kingdom to reach the Ale Tavern. It was a brewery with some of the finest booze in the land. It wasn't unusual for all types of people to be loitering in the area. On this side of the Kingdom, you could find almost any drug: alcohol, synthetics, pills, you name it and you can find it around these parts. While there wasn't many serious crimes that happened daily in the area, this was among the worst problems they had. So this quest could allow them to kill two birds with one stone, if they were lucky.
Into the common districts they trekked. It took them about ten minutes to get to this side of the kingdom if you cut through the alley ways. Which, mind you, was hard to do unless you knew how to maneuver through them.
"Here we are," he murmured. "I haven't been to this side of the kingdom in years."

Making their way through the crowded facility, Valkyrie decided to stop and observe what was going on with a group of civilians nearby. They had seemed to be doing some type of gambling. "hm." Valkyrie mumbled to himself, his thumb and index finger crossed on his lower chin as to just be an pass-byer. Could this be where the items are being sold? Valkyrie thought as he slowly walked by. Halting as he got a little closer, he peaked over one mans shoulder to get a better look. !!! they were just rolling dice. Valkyrie face-palmed. He turned to his friend Gillian and spoke. "He isn't over here." Disappointed Valkyrie walked passed Gillian, he squinted a bit when he noticed a shady character look around one or twice before heading into what looked like an abandoned building.
"Over there!" Valkyrie shouted, loud enough for Gillian to hear, but not loud enough for someone to ear-hustle on this conversation. "He said a password before entering, how do you think we should go about this?"
